Refunds and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item/s not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within approximately 5-7 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’ve had a problem and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@paperzip.co.uk and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will likely vary.
Shipping Returns
If you need to return an item to us, the best way is to email us at hello@paperzip.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the returns process.
Unfortunately, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning a larger order, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure items arrive back to us safely.
