Shopping + Delivery

Do I need an account to place an order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders easily, and view your purchase history.
What are your delivery options and prices?
Delivery is free on all orders over £20, both in the UK and internationally.

For smaller orders, UK shipping starts at just £2.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an optional upgrade to Tracked 24 for £3.99. International orders are sent via a tracked service for a flat rate of £9.99.

Oops! Can I change an order I've just placed?
If you have spotted an error on an order you’ve just placed, please provide us with your order number and email address as soon as possible.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
Most UK orders are delivered within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail. Please first check your dispatch confirmation email for your tracking number, which will provide the most up-to-date information on your parcel’s location. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days (UK) or 15 working days (International), please contact us at hello@paperzip.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate the delay and ensure a replacement or refund is issued if the item is confirmed as lost.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is your payment system secure?
All transactions on our website are secured with industry standard encryption. When you purchase, we do not store your card details within our Paperzip system directly, but you do have the option to save your card details with our payment providers at checkout to re-use later specifically with Paperzip. After a purchase is made, the last 4 digits of your card are able to be referenced if needed, but our team does not have visibility into your credit card number or CVV.
How do I get a VAT receipt?
Paperzip is not currently VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT on our products and cannot provide a VAT receipt. However, a standard purchase receipt is automatically emailed to you as soon as you place your order. This includes a breakdown of your items and the total price paid, which is usually sufficient for most bookkeeping requirements.
Where do I add my discount/promo code?
Have a discount code? Lovely! You can enter this code in the mini cart, at the basket stage or at checkout.

Stickers

Are your stickers sustainable?
Yes! Our stickers aren’t just designed to look good; they’re designed to be kind to the planet, too. We use a high-quality, premium matte paper that provides a professional finish without the use of vinyl or plastics. They’re fully recyclable and are 100% FSC® certified.
Are your stickers waterproof?
While our stickers are made of paper to remain fully recyclable, they are surprisingly hardy! We print using professional pigment inks, which offer excellent water resistance and won’t smudge or bleed if they get damp. They also won’t fade quickly in sunlight!
Where are your products made?
We are proud to say that all our stickers are designed and printed right here in the UK. This allows us to maintain high quality-control standards and keep our carbon footprint lower by reducing shipping distances for our stock.

Printables

How do I download the files?
Simply click the download button within the blog post. Most of our resources are provided as PDF files, which will open in a new tab or download directly to your device. If you’re on a mobile device, you may need to save the file to your ‘Files’ app or ‘Downloads’ folder before printing.
Are your printables really free?
Yes! All the resources featured on our blog are completely free to download and use for personal or classroom projects. We love creating tools that help teachers and parents, and we’re happy to share them with the Paperzip community. Most have been created for our own use!
How do I edit your "Editable" resources?
Most of our editable files are designed for Apple Pages. You can edit these on a Mac, iPad, or iPhone. If you are a Windows user, don’t worry—you can upload the file to iCloud.com and use the web version of Pages for free to make your changes!
I’m having trouble printing. The edges are being cut off!
Because different printers have different “printable areas,” we recommend checking your printer settings before hitting ‘Print.’ For the best results, select “Fit to Page” or “Scale to Fit” in your print dialogue box. This ensures the design sits perfectly within your paper margins.
The resource I downloaded has a typo or error. What should I do?
While we strive for perfection, we are a small team and very occasionally a typo might slip through. If you spot an error or something that needs changed, please let us know and we’ll make the edits!
Can I use your printables for my business or sell them?
Our free printables are for non-commercial use only. You are more than welcome to use them in your classroom, at home, or for community groups. However, you cannot sell the files, redistribute them on your own website, or use the designs as part of a product you intend to sell.
Can I share your printables on my own blog or social media?
We’d love for you to share our work! However, please do not host the actual PDF files on your site. Instead, please link directly to the Paperzip blog post where the resource is located. This allows your readers to find the most up-to-date version and helps support our site.
Do you take requests for new printables?
We’re always looking for new ideas! While we can’t promise to make every suggestion, many of our best resources started as a request from a teacher or parent. Feel free to drop us a message at hello@paperzip.co.uk with your ideas.
