Description
A set of 48 stickers displaying the national flag of Guernsey. The design features a white field with a red cross (the cross of St George), overlaid with a smaller gold cross at the intersection.
The gold cross was added in 1985 to differentiate it from the English flag and to commemorate Guernsey’s historical links with William the Conqueror, as the design is inspired by the banners used by his army.
The flag symbolises the island’s unique identity and historical heritage.
