The World Atlas app from Barefoot is based on the book of the same name, that lets you discover the regions, countries and more from around the world.
The app version however, contains lots of rich content that you just can’t get from a book. For example, pictures become animations and stationary objects can now be moved and interacted with.
One of our favourite features is when you tap on a country. It brings up live information like the current temperature, time and how far away the country is from your current location (internet connection required). Some other great features include animated landmarks, animals, flags and people, that are visible when you spin and explore the main globe.
